Want to create a showstopping pie for the holidays? Pieometery cookbook author, Lauren Ko, is teaching a special 2-hour workshop at Olive & Vine, where she will share her all-butter pie dough recipe, walk participants through hand-making dough, and demonstrate several of her signature designs. Participants will leave with an arsenal of pie-making skills and a ready-to-bake miso caramel apple pie that can be frozen and baked for any celebration.
Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be served. Copies of Pieometry will be available to purchase and for Lauren to sign.
